GM 4.3, 5.0, 5.7 Vortec Belt Driven Compressor Kit | 1996-2000 OBS C/K Truck

Add reliable onboard air to your 1996-2000 OBS Chevy/GMC C/K truck running a 4.3L, 5.0L, or 5.7L Vortec engine. This belt-driven compressor kit mounts a brand new York 210 compressor directly to your factory accessory drive - no electric compressor, no duty-cycle limits, just steady air supply for train horns, air lockers, air tools, or a full onboard air suspension setup.

Standard Kit includes:

• NEW (not remanufactured) York 210 compressor w/ clutch
• 2x head fittings tapped to NPT w/ o-rings
• 36" stainless braided leader hose
• Lasered/powdercoated 1/4" steel compressor bracket
• Dipstick and filler syringe
• Intake filter/silencer
• Gates idler pulley and machined idler spacer

York SLM Upgrade (Super Low Maintenance): Same benefits as the standard York, plus internal modifications (oil control ring pistons, crankcase venting into intake, intake baffling, finned head) that cut oil consumption dramatically - side-by-side testing shows 1oz of oil use per 1 hour runtime on a standard York vs. 1oz per 50 hours on the SLM.

Fitment: GM 96-00 (some models to 07) 4.3, 5.0, 5.7 Vortec TRUCK engines - does NOT fit LS family 4.8/5.3/6.0/6.2 (confirm visually against installation instructions). Some components (charcoal canister, ABS module, etc.) may need to be relocated by the installer for compressor clearance.
