Front Wilwood Caliper Upgrade Kit (React/Wilwood ProSpindles) | 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC C1500

An OE-sized front brake upgrade for 5-lug 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC C1500 trucks and SUVs built around genuine Wilwood D52 2-piston calipers. This kit comes standard with black or red Wilwood calipers/pads, drilled/slotted rotors, mounting brackets, and all necessary hardware.

Spindles Required (Sold Separately)

This kit requires Wilwood Iron ProSpindles (PN 831-15933) or React 2" Modular Drop Spindles (PN 8898-001) — it does not fit stock spindles or aftermarket drop spindles with caliper mounting ears (McGaughy's, Belltech, DJM, etc). Grab our Wilwood Iron ProSpindles or React Drop Spindles if you don't already have a set. If you go with the Wilwood spindle, you'll also need the separate spindle nut hardware kit — stock C1500 nuts and washers will not work.

• Wilwood D52 2-piston calipers in black or red
• Drilled/slotted rotors (black e-coated to match our rear kits)
• Machined caliper brackets and hardware
• Optional braided stainless hose upgrade

All rotors ship with an ABS tone ring — easily removed if your application doesn't use front ABS. Please allow 8-10 days for front rotors to ship.

Wheel fitment: will fit inside most (but not all) 15" wheels.

Already running a rear disc conversion? Pair this with our 5-lug rear disc kits (10" or 11" drum) and the GM CK1500 Master Cylinder Upgrade to keep pedal feel firm with the bigger front pistons.
