Front Disc Brake Upgrade Kit - 5-Lug | 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC C1500

An OE-sized front brake upgrade for 5-lug 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC C1500 trucks and SUVs, built to bolt straight onto your factory spindles — no spindle swap required. This is the base rotor kit; add the larger-piston caliper option below if you need calipers too.

Two Rotor Widths — Measure Before Ordering

Stock rotor thickness MUST be measured prior to ordering. 88-91 standard cab trucks (except 454SS) commonly run a thinner 1.0" rotor, while 88-00 Std Cab with Heavy Duty Chassis, all Extended Cab, 454SS, and Blazer/Tahoe/Yukon models run the thicker 1.25" rotor. Standard-cab trucks with the 1" rotor can upgrade to the 1.25" HD rotor system using our 1.25" drop spindles, or by sourcing stock-height spindles from an extended cab, 454SS, or any 92+ truck.

What You Get

• Base kit includes rotors only — no calipers unless you select the caliper upgrade
• Optional larger-piston caliper upgrade in red powdercoat
• Optional braided stainless hose upgrade to replace aging factory rubber lines
• All rotors are black e-coated and ship with an ABS tone ring (easily removed if your truck doesn't have front ABS)
