This Belltech rear 2" drop hanger replaces your factory leaf spring hanger to deliver a clean, controlled 2" rear drop on your heavy-duty C2500/C3500 - a step up from a shackle-only drop when you want a bit more rear stance while keeping the leaf spring's working geometry correct.

Unlike a shackle-only drop, a hanger swap relocates the front pivot point of the leaf spring itself, which for a 2" drop keeps spring arch and axle wrap characteristics closer to factory-correct than stacking multiple shackle-based drops would. Belltech engineers this specifically for the OBS heavy-duty spring pack dimensions, so fitment and geometry are correct out of the box.

Built from heavy-gauge steel to handle the higher loads a 3/4-ton or 1-ton leaf spring pack puts through this hardware, this hanger is rated for real work-truck duty, not just a show truck that never sees a payload.
