Belltech 3"/4" Drop Kit - 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC C2500

A mid-range complete lowering kit for the C2500, this Belltech 3-inch front / 4-inch rear package delivers a genuinely aggressive stance without pushing into flip-kit and C-notch territory - a great middle ground between a mild spring swap and the deepest drop kits in our lineup.

Front drop is achieved through Belltech's spindle-based approach, keeping steering geometry correct rather than relying on an over-compressed spring, while the rear uses de-arched leaf springs to deliver a clean 4-inch drop without the axle wrap and pinion angle problems that come from cruder rear-drop methods. Because this kit is engineered specifically for the C2500 platform, spring rates and spindle geometry are matched to your truck's actual weight and factory brake package.

This drop range is popular precisely because it's achievable without a rear frame C-notch in most configurations (always check clearance with your specific tire size), meaning less labor and complexity than our deeper 5-8 inch kits while still delivering a noticeably lower, more aggressive look than a coil-spring-only approach.

Installation involves both front spindle work and rear leaf spring replacement - a moderate-to-involved job that's very doable for an experienced DIYer with the right tools, or a comfortable weekend project for a shop visit. Budget for shocks valved to this drop range (see our DS-2 shocks) as part of the complete build, since factory-length shocks won't have correct travel at this ride height.
