The yarn loops are cut so the fibers stand up for a soft, even surface, and ACC uses the same Cutpile on its molded carpet and floor mats so they match. 840 Navy Blue is from ACC's wider Cutpile color range, not a listed GM factory color for these trucks. Options

• Mass Backing: a heavy layer of EVA, about 45 mil thick, bonded to the back of the molded carpet. It blocks road noise and heat from the floor pan, and the added weight helps the carpet lay flat and look better once installed. Choose Standard Backing to skip it.
• Sound Deadener: ACC's die-cut EVA sound deadener that goes under the new carpet for more sound and heat control. Crew cabs use the 3pc kit where ACC lists it; regular and extended cabs use the 2pc kit.
