This Hex Plus OBS 10-lug dually wheel set, for 1988-1999 Chevy/GMC C/K3500 DRW trucks, includes 6 forged aluminum wheels in the Hex Plus design, a custom-built adapter set, and center caps — everything needed for a matched dually wheel set in one bundled price. Choose 4 Matching Designs & 2 Inner Classics (the 2 hidden rear-inner wheels finished in the base Classic design to save cost) or 6 Matching Designs (all 6 wheels, including both hidden rear-inner wheels, in the Hex Plus design) as a variant below.

The included adapters convert your truck's OEM 8x165.1mm bolt pattern to the wheel's native 10-lug bolt circle, and are custom-built specifically for your hub configuration. Fits 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC 3500 dual-rear-wheel (DRW) OBS trucks. Standard finish is full polish; custom powder coat and black-and-milled finishes are available on request. Production time is approximately 2-3 weeks before shipment, made to order.
